• 1 Tbsp sea salt
• 3 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
• 250g sour cream
• 2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tsp powdered chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
• 1 tsp prepared horseradish
