Ingredients
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla or seeds from ½ vanilla bean
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup alternative milk mixed with 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- ¾ cup organic shortening (you can also use regular butter)
- ¼ cup vegan butter
- 1¾ cup organic shortening (you can also use regular butter
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ¼ to ½ tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- Pinch of salt
