ricotta cheesecake with lemon sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c Butter melted
• 2 c zwieback crumbs
• 1/2 c Brown sugar
• 1 t Cinnamon
• filling
• 3 c ricotta
• 4 Eggs
• 3/4 c Honey
• 1 c Half-and-half cream
• 2 t Vanilla
• 1/4 t salt
• lemon sauce
• 1 c water
• 1 1/2 T Corn starch
• 6 T Granulated sugar
• 1/3 c Lemon Juice
• 2 t lemon peel grated
