Marinated Feta and Pearl Barley Salad

Ingredients

• 4 packets of Makfa pearl barley in packets
• 150 g of feta cheese
• 4 tbsp of olive oil
• 1/2 tsp of ground coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp of ground jeera (cumin)
• 1 green bell pepper
• 4 stalks of green onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tbsp of lemon juice
• 80 g of fried cashew nuts
• salt
• freshly ground black pepper
