- 1⁄2 tbsp table salt, plus more as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame seed paste
- 50ml water
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tsp malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp thick yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 10g chopped parsley, as garnish
- 2 to 3 tbsp virgin sesame oil, as garnishBread, for serving
