Ingredients

• 1 small brown onion
• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (or normal)
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 small zucchini
• 1 small carrot
• 1 egg
• 1 large garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano (or other herbs of choice)
• 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
• 1-2 tablespoons oil
