We made these vegan strawberry cheesecake cookies with a dough of fresh strawberries and lemon wrapped around a heart of vegan cream cheese - so tasty!

- 0.5 tsp of Baking Soda
- 80 mL of Vegetable Oil (canola or e.v.o. oil)
- 60 mL of Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp of Lemon Zest
- 0.5 tsp of Lemon Essence
- 2 tbsp of Oat Milk
- 150 g of Fresh Strawberries
- 80 g of Vegan Cream Cheese
