• 1/4 cup Delizia Extra Virgin Bu/er Olive Oil
• 8 cups sliced yellow onions (4-5 medium onions)
• 2 (14 oz) cans beef broth
• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1 Tbsp tomato sauce or 1 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• couple drops Tabasco sauce
