Ingredients

• 1 lb sandwich steak
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp dry red wine
• salt
• pepper
• garlic powder
• 1 box or bag of lettuce, kale, arugula or spinach
• 1 chopped pepper (I like to do 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow)
• 1 medium chopped cucumber
• 1/2 cup whole wheat croutons
• 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• gravy from meat
