Chattrade - Sardines Omu Rice

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
• 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1 pc Onion, chopped
• 1 pc Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
• ½ cup Mushroom, sliced
• 2 cans x 155g SABA Sardines in Tomato Sauce
• 4 cups Basmati Rice (or any long grain variety), cooked
• Salt, to taste
• ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 3 Tbsp Green Onion, chopped
• 6-8 pcs Eggs
