• 100g Butter
• ½ Cup Cream
• 1 tsp Sea Salt
• 300ml Double Cream
• ½ cup Mascarpone Cheese
• 120g Icing Sugar
• ½ tsp Vanilla
• ¼ Cup pureed Dole Banana (half a fresh banana)
