• 1 lb mushroom , quartered
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion , chopped
• 3/4 cup red wine
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
