- 100g rock salt
- 50g butter
- Rosemary, handful of
- 1 spoon of honey
- 1 tbs. of vanilla extract
- 1 white onion, quartered
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Mix of spices (1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1tsp paprika, ½ tsp cumin, pinch of nutmeg)
- 50ml rum
- 100ml white wine
