Spicy 'nduja pasta ( Recipe ) with tomato sauce | Lurpak®

Ingredients

• 75 g Lurpak® Salted Cultured Butter
• 1 onion, peeled and diced
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 50 g nduja
• 2 x 400 ml canned diced tomatoes
• 500 g large pasta Shells
• salt
• black pepper, freshly ground
• 100 g parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• fresh basil leaves
