• 1 8 oz Terrapin Ridge Farms Pesto Aioli
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 4 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 2 pie crusts
• 3 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 4oz Pancetta cubetti
• 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper
• 1/3 cup Parsley, chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can Cream of celery soup
• 1 Rib of celery, chopped
• 1 Medium onion, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups Frozen peas and carrots
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
