Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 ml) parsnips, peeled and cut into rings
• 2 cups (500 ml) turnips, cubed
• 6 cups (1.5 litre) potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
• 2.2 lbs (1 kg) lean ground beef
• ½ bag Arctic Gardens spaghetti vegetable mix
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp (5 ml) ground coriander
• 1 tsp (5 ml) celery salt
• 1 tsp (5 ml) paprika
• 1 bag Arctic Gardens super sweet corn
• ¼ cup (60 ml) butter
• ½ cup (125 ml) milk
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
