Ingredients

• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 1 small piece of Tomme cheese
• 200 ml (4/5 cup) of unsweetened condensed milk (whole)
• 2 eggs
• 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of flour
• Salt and pepper
• 1 knob of butter
• 1 pinch of nutmeg
