Ingredients

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 large onion (finely chopped)
• 1 lb beef stew meat or braising steak (chuck, skirt, flan) (chopped big bite size bits)
• 0.5 lb link beef sausages (cut into three pieces)
• 3 tbsp plain flour
• 1/2 cup beef stock (use 1 cube)
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (thawed)
• salt and pepper (to taste)
