• ¾ cup warm water (110° optimal)

• ¼ tsp. salt

• 2 large eggs
• 6 TBSP butter, softened
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 TBSP + 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ to ¾ cup raisins
• ¼ cup butter
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup cream
• 3 TBSP honey
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 egg yolks
• ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (Optional)
