• 180g of Korean BBQ Marinade
• 3 carrots, peeled into ribbons
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 dash of soy sauce

• 1 pinch of red pepper flakes, or dried red chilli (optional)
• 100g of rice noodles, preferably thin, glass noodles of vermicelli
• 1 tbsp of sesame oil
• 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
• 1 spring onion, finely sliced
