Ingredients

• 1 tsp Yeast quick-action
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• 300 g Cheddar Cheese mature, grated
• 225 g Oatmeal fine
• 100 g Wholemeal Flour
• 100 g Plain Flour
• 825 ml Water
• 24 piece Streaky Bacon rashers
• 1 pinch Salt
• 60 ml Vegetable Oil split into teaspoons for frying
• 15 ml Olive Oil
• 150 g Chestnut Mushrooms halved
