- 1/4 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 ml (1/2 tsp) of Moutarde de Dijon
- 1 ml (1/4 c. Paprika
- 1 pinch of Italian spices
- salt
- pepper
- 2 1/2 ml (1/2 tsp) of canola oil
- 250 ml (1 cup) of canned tomatoes, crushed
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- fresh basil
- 125 ml (½ cup) of spaghetti baked with whole wheat
