- Start by making your accompaniments: add the yogurt to a small bowl, and swirl through 1-2 tablespoons of harissa to taste (I like to leave it with spicy swirls showing, rather than fully combining).
- Add a good pinch of salt, then remove from the heat, and set aside in a small bowl.
- Serve on a big platter as a side dish, or as a light meal or starter on individual plates, each with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkled with almond crumbs.
