Quick Flap Steak and Tomato and Avocado Salad with Soy Sauce | RICARDO
Tomato and basil is one of our favourite summer combinations. We give it an Asian twist with lime juice and soy sauce to accompany the flap steak.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb (675 g) flap steak, cut into 4 steaks
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 2 cups (280 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced into rounds
- ¼ cup (10 g) fresh basil leaves, torn
