• 1 cup dry white wine

• 1 cup mushroom, chopped
• ½ cup frozen peas, thawed
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups uncooked Arborio rice
• 2 ½ cups fully cooked ham, chopped
• ¼ cup parsley, minced
