Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) ice water, approximately
• 1 cup (250 ml) icing sugar
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) green crème de menthe liqueur
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) water, approximately
• 4 to 5 drops green food colouring, approximately
• 8 oz (225 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% cream
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) cold unsalted butter, diced
