Creamy Salmon & Cherry Tomato Tagliatelle - Regal Salmon Dip

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
• 400g cherry tomatoes, tinned
• 1 cup basil leaves
• 90ml cream
• 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
• salt and pepper
• 400g tagliatelle
