• Meatballs 3 tbsp (45 mL) canola or sunflower oil, divided (approx)
• ½ cup (125 mL) finely chopped onion
• ½ cup (125 mL) fresh white bread crumbs
• ½ cup (125 mL) milk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp (5 mL) salt
• ½ tsp (2 mL) dry mustard
• ½ tsp (2 mL) EACH ground cardamom and nutmeg
• Pinch ground cinnamon
• 1 lb (500 g) Medium Ground Beef
• Garnish Fresh dill sprigs
• 1 green onion, sliced
