• 1 Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomato

• 4 Eggs, cooked over medium
• 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
• 2 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Baking Powder
• ½ tsp Salt
• 1 ¾ Cups Milk
• ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
• 2 Large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
