- 1 4 Cod Fillets in Breadcrumbs
- 1 bunch of chopped Spring Onions
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 2 Red, Green or Yellow Peppers, diced
- 1 Tinned Tomatoes
- 1 Sprig Chopped Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sundried tomato paste
- 1/4 litre Milk
- 25 g Plain flour
- 50 g grated Cheddar Cheese
- 20 g grated Parmesan Cheese
