Ingredients

• 360 g beef, thinly sliced steak
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 212 g noodles
• 160 ml chicken stock
• 3 tbsp oyster sauce
• 3 tbsp dry sherry
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• ½ tsp dried chili flakes
• 2 tsp cornstarch
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 shallot, minced
• 5 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 piece ginger
• 1 fresh red chili *optional
• 1 carrot, sliced
• 7 fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
• 1 small head broccoli
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 handful fresh basil
• 3 lime wedges
