These scones are extra buttery, flakey, loaded with blueberries, lemon zest and topped with the sweetest lemon juice and poppy seed glaze. Quick, easy and packed with delicious flavours.

- 80g blueberries
- 1tbsp lemon zest
- 210g self raising flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 80g butter
- 160ml milk of choice
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 80g icing sugar
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 2tsp Poppy seeds
