- 1 kg hard white wheat flour
- 16 gr dry yeast
- 500 ml tepid water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 50 gr sugar or
- honey
- 1 tbsp
- tahini
- 100 gr melted margarine
- 3 cups water (some add sugar if you choose to do so, you add 2 tbs sugar)
- 3 cups sesame seeds
