Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
• 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
• 1 oz. dried shrimp
• 6 pcs. dried shitake mushrooms, soaked, removed stem, cut and finely diced
• 5 oz. Chinese sausages, cut into small pieces
• 2 whole turnips, peeled and grated, cook in 8 oz. water until tender
• 8 oz. rice flour, mix 1 cup water to form batter
• 1 oz. chopped cilantro
• 1 stalk green onion, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
• 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce
