Pepper Mutton Karahi / My Recipe recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg cury mutton /leg mutton
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground green chilli ( if you do not eat spicy add less )
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon gorimas steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• ¼ teaspoon haldi
• salt to taste
• 2 chopped up tomatoes / grated
• butter
