Recipe for Refried Kidney Beans

Ingredients

• Olive oil or bacon drippings (cut salt amount if using bacon drippings)
• 1 medium sized onion
• 5 garlic cloves
• 2 pints canned kidney beans
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 4 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
• 1 tsp+ Canning salt
• 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth (preferably Swanson's)
