Ingredients

• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup asparagus, cut into 3" pieces
• Fustini's Sage and Wild Mushroom olive oil
• 4 oz goat cheese, softened
• 3 Roma tomatoes – roughly chopped
• 2 cloves garlic – roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons – fresh oregano
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's Robust SELECT olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon Fustini's Herbs of Naples balsamic
• Salt and pepper
