Ingredients

• 4 tbsp salted butter
• 1 large yellow onion, chopped
• 1 lb. assorted mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cups vegetable stock
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• 2 tsp dried dill
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp fresh Italian parsley (for garnish)
