Black Bean & Sausage Soup - Gilbert's Craft Sausages

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 small onion, diced small
• 1 red bell pepper, diced small
• 1 carrot, diced small
• 1 stalk celery, diced small
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 Gilbert’s Craft Sausages Chicken Andouille Sausage links*, diced into ½ inch pieces
• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can refried black beans
• 1 can beef broth (low sodium)
• 1 tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp cumin
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
