Bourbon Braised Ribs – Peas, Love & Carrots

Ingredients

• 5 lbs. short ribs
• Salt and pepper for seasoning ribs
• 1 onion, diced
• 4 cloves garlic, peeled
• 1&1/2 cup bourbon
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1/3 c cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• You can make these with so many cutes of meats. Think brisket, deckle, flanken ribs, spare ribs etc…
