Chicken Stroganoff - Mt Barker Chicken

Ingredients

• 800g Mt Barker chicken stir-fry strips
• 1 tbsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Sea salt
• ½ tsp Cracked black pepper
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Cooking oil
• 2 White onions – finely sliced
• 250g Brown button mushrooms – sliced or halved, depending on their size
• 1-2 Cloves of garlic
• 200ml Sour cream
• 100ml Cream
• 150ml Chicken stock
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• Salt to taste
