- 3 tablespoons (3 x 15 ml spoon) water
- ¼ pint (150 ml) milk
- 3 oz (75 g) white chocolate, grated
- 3 medium to large eggs (size 2–3), separated
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml spoon) clear honey
- 1 rounded tablespoon (2 x 15 ml spoon) natural yogurt
