- 4 Cups Vegetable broth
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Carrot, chopped
- 2 Stalks Celery, chopped
- 2 Leeks (white part only), sliced
- 2 Yams, peeled and cubed
- 2-15. Ounce Cans Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 1/2 Cups Broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce (optional)
- 1 1/2 Tsp Pure prepared horseradish
- 1 Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tsp Coriander
- Dash Cayenne
- Dash Tabasco Sauce
