Bacon & Egg Pie – Roots & Wings Organic

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Roots & Wings Delicately Smoked Dry Cured Back Bacon
• 2 medium organic white onions, peeled and sliced
• 3 cloves organic garlic, peeled and sliced
• 1 tbsp organic rapeseed oil or organic olive oil
• 2 packs pre-rolled puff pastry
• 10 organic free range eggs
• 200 ml (7 fluid oz) organic double cream
• 1 tbsp chopped organic parsley
• ½ tsp organic ground cracked black pepper
• Organic butter for greasing
