When we lived in Japan, we all liked to go out and eat Korean BBQ. This is a stir-fry recipe with much the same taste.

Ingredients
- One lb whatever beef looks good to you.
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions, including tops
- 1 Tbs Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbs Corn Flour
- 2 Cups White Rice
- 4 Cups Water (double the rice capacity)
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 1 Clove Garlic, sliced thinly.
