Ingredients

• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 3 large cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 500g broad beans
• 2/3 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 cup vegetable stock
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped finely (optional, to serve)
