Sensational Spinach Tart - Annabel Langbein – Recipes

Ingredients

• 2 cups plain flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 150 g butter (or 75g butter and 75g lard)
• about 4 tbsp cold water
• 250 g cream cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup cream or milk
• 2 tbsp pesto
• 2 spring onions chopped
• 2 tsp horseradish sauce
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 4–6 heads fresh spinach (use as much or as little as you like)
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/4 tsp finely grated nutmeg
