- Plain wholegrain flour 150g
- Rye flour 30g
- Unsalted butter 135g
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Ricotta or Goat's Curd 200g
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 farlic cloves finely chopped
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 eggs
- A generous bunch of greens chopped
- ½ Ragstone
