Ingredients
- ~2 cup Turkey (leftover turkey meat)
- 1 cup carrots (I used about 10 baby carrots cut into 5 pieces each)
- 1 celery stalk (split lengthwise and diced)
- 1 small onion (halved and sliced or diced)
- 4 pints Turkey Stock (Chicken broth can be substituted)
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- apple pie spice
- 2 apples (peeled, cored, and cubed)
- 1-2 cup noodles (cooked, leftover)
- olive oil
