• 1/3 c non-dairy milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/2 c granulated sugar
• 1/2 c vegan margarine, melted
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 tbsp. baking powder
• 1 3/4 c all-purpose flour
